As we embrace the festive spirit and bid farewell to a remarkable year, I am filled with gratitude and excitement as I reflect on the incredible journey we’ve taken together at Vidde. It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend my warmest wishes to you and your families for a joyful Christmas.

In the spirit of transparency and shared achievement, I am glad to point out some of the most important milestones from the past year. Thanks to the collective efforts of our passionate team and the unwavering support from stakeholders like you, I am delighted to announce that Vidde has successfully met the milestones we set for ourselves in 2023 on the road towards providing the world’s cleanest terrain vehicles.

Core milestones of 2023

• Build and release the first electric prototype, “Frank”
• In the uniquely tough financial market, raise needed financial resources 
• Getting approved + 10 M SEK in grants from governmental institutions
• Close the design & construction process for the pre-series “Alfa”
• Selected to the Norrsken Accelerator as 1 of 20 companies among 2500 startups
• Winning the 2023 “Public Choice Award” at Tech Arenan Challenge in Almedalen
• Launched the design mockup of the Alfa in Munich together with Pininfarina
• Started up production of the first ever circular electric vehicle
